Welcome to Mazza Levantine Kitchen, a grab-and-go pastry and lunch cafe by Mazza Catering. Located in Petaluma, our cafe is a love letter to Levantine cooking, bringing the warm spices, rich olive oils, and cherished family recipes of Jordan, Syria, Palestine and Lebanon to our local community.

Our lunch-only menu features dishes crafted with precision and care, using fresh herbs, local ingredients, and unique spices sourced directly from Jordan
Levantine Roast Chicken: the best chicken your ever have (not joking) encrusted with our proprietary L’moune blend. The result is a deeply savory flavor with a juicy interior and crisp skin. Served with creamy roasted batata and our whipped garlic toum
Shawarma Wrap: Shredded chicken, caramelized onions, and our warm spice blend wrapped in thin lavash, toasted, and finished with dibs ruman
Couscous Salata: A refreshing couscous salad featuring mint basil pistou & sun-dried tomatoes
Fattoush: A vibrant salad with tomato, cucumber, spring onion, mint, sumac pomegranate vinaigrette and crisp pita
Manoushe: A soft, versatile Eastern Mediterranean flatbread traditionally with olive oil and zaatar or jibne
Olive Oil Citrus Cardamom Gateau: notes of warm cardamom, citrus and olive oil
Dark Chocolate-Covered Dates: Soft, caramel-like dates coated in dark chocolate—a magical, less-sweet alternative to traditional truffles
Rosewater Milk Pudding: A delicate and fragrant dessert to perfectly end your meal
Our Story
Born into an extended Jordanian family of restaurateurs and home cooks, Chef Kristina Daya has spent a lifetime around food. From rolling grape leaves in her grandmother's kitchen at age 9 to co-owning Mazza Catering with her husband, Safwan, Kristina's passion for Levantine cuisine is deeply rooted in her heritage.
Mazza Levantine Kitchen is the culmination of this lifelong love affair with food. It is a place where the culture of communal dining—the spirit of "mazza"—comes alive.
